At your first appointment, you’ll have time to explain what’s been going on and how it’s affecting your life, training, or performance.
Dave will take a thorough, hands-on approach to assess your movement, pain triggers, strength, and mobility. You’ll leave with more clarity around what’s happening and what to do next.
In many cases, treatment can begin on the same day.
Personalised Treatment Plan
Once Dave has identified the likely cause of your pain or restriction, he’ll explain it clearly and create a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Your treatment may include hands-on therapy, movement retraining, exercise rehab, education, and practical strategies to help you recover and move with confidence again.
Every plan is personalised and delivered 1:1.

I’m David Peirce, founder of Kinetic Edge Physio and a Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience helping people move without fear, play without pain, and perform at their best.
